With the deepening of the reform of the power generation enterprise system in China,the company's operating environment and future development prospects are gradually changing.The accelerating pace of reforms has made the market situation of power companies more complex and the ever-increasing surplus industrial production capacity has kept market supply and demand relations from being balanced.The power companies with various ownerships have risen one after another,and the power companies have changed from traditional monopoly operations to market-oriented competitive operations and become increasingly fierce.Sharply capturing changes in the environment and finding outlets are prerequisites.Under the new situation,how to improve the company's core competitiveness that is the traditional state-owned power enterprises facing the heavy topic,clear development strategy,improve the internal management system,the business unit is the development of the latent power,is decided to enterprise in the fierce market competition can be the key to keeping the traditional advantage.In the process of internal operation of power enterprises,how to effectively evaluate various operating businesses of Huaneng International's subsidiary companies in the context of complex and ever-changing environmental conditions,improve the internal incentive mechanisms of enterprises,and help companies to innovate and realize companies Maximizing value is of great importance.This paper first combs the basic theory and research literature of related performance evaluation,and introduces the performance evaluation tools.Analyzed the current situation of HUANENG Power International,Inc.performance management of subsidiaries,conducted research on the insufficiency of the existing performance evaluation system,and demonstrated the importance and necessity of perfecting the internal performance evaluation system for the company's development.On the basis of this,combined with the company's development background,corporate vision,corporate strategy,and business uniqueness,this paper applies the Balanced Scorecard Theory to design HUANENG Power International,Inc.comprehensive performance evaluation system for subsidiaries,and from the evaluation system process design,The specific measures for implementation were put forward in terms of safeguard measures,implementation effectiveness evaluation,etc.,aiming at conscientiously carrying out the economic,political and social responsibilities of the central enterprises.
