The Study On The Evaluation Of Power Supply Enterprise's Information Performance Based On The Balanced Scorecard

The summary and post-evaluation for the information construction level of the power supply enterprise are the necessary means which can improve business decision-making efficiency and power supply levels. Studying on the Balanced Scorecard, analyzing the informatization's construction and implementation effects of A power supply enterprise, this paper establishs informatization performance evaluation system which based on the Balanced Scorecard and comprehensively reflects various aspects of informatization's construction and implementation,according to the "The Evaluation Index System of enterprise'informatization " and the the power supply enterprise's actual situation. Then evaluating the index system by fuzzy neural networks, this paper finally can get a reasonable evaluation results. According to the evaluation results,we can learn the implementation of enterprise' informatization, which objectively reflects the real situation of enterprises, and provides a valuable experience for the future evaluation of power supply enterprise's information performance.
