After a series of mergers and acquisitions,China's logistics express delivery companies basically formed state-owned enterprises(such as China Post Express Logistics),private enterprises(such as SF,Yuantong,Shentong,Zhongtong,etc.)and foreign companies(such as US Express.,World Express Co.,Ltd.,FedEx,etc.)Three-way situation.In 2017,especially in the year of the rapid development of a private express delivery company,logistics express delivery companies have entered the capital market one after another and gradually become bigger and stronger through market financing.The private courier company Best Company has gradually felt the pressure of development.The industry competition has become increasingly fierce,and the market share has been decreasing year by year.The industrial environment is quite unfavorable to the development of the company.After the development of the company in recent years,BEST has gradually become a large and medium-sized private express logistics company with more than 33,500 courier service outlets and nearly 9900 courier team employees.Through related surveys and interviews,this paper finds that there are many problems in the management of personnel performance of Best Company,including unscientific personnel management methods,ambiguous performance evaluation indicators and unreasonable performance evaluation methods,which directly affect the company's development.How to manage the personnel performance of Best Company is the core issue of the company's survival and development.This article is guided by the theory of performance management,analyzes and compares various performance appraisal methods,and analyzes the corporate structure of Best Company.The survey questionnaire was designed to select 250 managers and general employees.From the four perspectives of performance planning,assessment and evaluation,feedback and interview,and application of results,the company conducted a survey on the performance management of Best Company,and found that the company has a set of performance management system indicators.Lack of science,lack of performance feedback and interviews,single appraisal results,performance management processes,lack of staff participation,mobilization of staff enthusiasm and other issues;coexist from the performance management planning,performance assessment index design,optimization index system,improve performance evaluation The four dimensions of the method put forward suggestions for improving the performance management system of Best Company.At the end of the article,relevant measures to ensure the implementation of performance management were put forward in the aspects of institutional system,personnel training,communication and other aspects.The research results of this paper are of great significance to the optimization of Best Management's performance management system,and have further reference value for improving the performance management system of other private express delivery companies.
