| Due to the rapid development of the information industry, the use of computernetworks for financial expenses reimbursement has become an inevitable trend. At thesame time, Sichuan Investment and Chemical Industry Group is a large enterprises withcomplex organizational structure, and the use of traditional financial reimbursementmanagement can no longer meet the enterprise’s requirements for information’s integrity,authenticity, and real-time. Therefore, it is of great significance for improving financialreimbursed information management level of Sichuan Investment and ChemicalIndustry Group to design a set of network of financial expense reimbursementmanagement system, which is fit for Sichuan Investment and Chemical Industry Group.The system according to the reimbursement Characteristics of Sichuan Investmentand Chemical Industry Group, adopting the B/S model and the technology ofInternet/Intranet, design network financial reimbursement system based on MVC withthree architecture mode and ASP.NET technology architecture. First, this paperintroduces system development background and related technologies. Second, make thespecific needs analysis on the development of the system combined with the actualsituation, and the main are functional requirements analysis and business processanalysis. The main functions in which we need to achieve include budget managementfunctions, loan management functions, reimbursement management functions handlerepayment management capabilities as well as integrated query function; Now, it is timefor the part of realization of the system software, in this part, the ASP.NET is used forthe encoding and realization of various functional modules. Finally, the tested systemhas been tested and meets the design requirements.Also, summary and outlook are made for the developed system, through thissystem’s development, I learned a lot of valuable experience. Due to limited time, manyissues still need further study and improvement in the actual operation. |
