With the development of the economic system reformed in China,the capital market have gradually become standardized and matured.Since twenty-first Century,the market competition has become increasingly fierce,and the competition between enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition of core talents,human capital issues get more and more attention of the enterprises,so that enterprises constantly updated with incentives' methods to retain talented person.The share-based payment plan implemented by listed companies,as a long-term incentive means,since "Enterprise Accounting Standards No.11——share-based payment " issued in 2006,it has been gradually popular and widely used in China.Listed companies implement the share-based payment plan effectively,reflecting its humanistic value better for the incentive objects,which makes human capital can participate and share surplus value in the enterprise like material capital;and for enterprises,it retaining and attracting more talents to create companies' wealth,and to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.at the same time,the confirmation method of share-based payment transaction cost has an important influence on company's performance.Therefore,it is of great significance to enhance the incentive effect and improve the performance of the listed companies in our country by using the share-based payment plan.This paper based on the policy environment under the new situation and the implementation of the share-based payment accounting standards by listed companies in our country,comprehensively using the methods of normative research and empirical research to research the relevant content about share-based payment accounting of listed companies in China.The mainly content of this paper includes five aspects: one is based on the previous studies and scholars' research results,using the method of literature analysis to sum up the current status of domestic and international share-based payment accounting.Two is the theory study of share payment accounting,describing the relevant concepts and basic theories of share-based payment accounting,which provides theoretical basis for accounting standards comparison and empirical study.The third is the comparison of share-based payment accounting standards,respectively summarizes the development and the main contents about Chinese,American and international accounting standards,compared for the current domestic and foreign share-based payment accounting standards from many aspects,and draws the comparison enlightenment.The fourth is the empirical research on the share-based payment accounting of listed companies in China,summarizes the overall situation about share-based payment implementation from the internal and external characteristics,then constructs the comprehensive performance index with principal component analysis,using SPSS19.0 statistical software the empirical models are regressed,which produces the research results with regard to the share-based payment influence on listed companies' performance;in succession,further verifying this paper's result through specific case analysis.Five is the policy recommendations,offers relevant proposals from six aspects in order to further improve the share-based payment accounting and promote the implementation of the share-based payment incentive plan more effectively in China's listed companies.
