Study Of Wuhan Tax Service Under The Background Of Post Bt Reforms To VAT

According to the requirement of the Government work report in the 12 th session of the national people's Congress fourth Conference,from May 1,2016,BT reforms to VAT will be implemented in the whole country,the whole industry,which brought great impact to local tax department.Local tax department should considered if the contents,methods and resources of the tax service are standardized,information,socialization and how to rebuild the tax service system.I deeply understand the defect of tax service after the new tax policy published since I've been working in local tax department.Therefore,I use network questionnaires to study content and ways of tax service of Wuhan local tax system and would like to explore some ways which can be used for Wuhan local tax system by reading many literatures and study other countries' experience.In the first chapter,I introduce the definition,proscess,significance of replace business tax with value-added tax.In the second chapter,I mainly introduce related institution and competency framework of Wuhan local tax department.In the third chapter,I conclude some defects of Wuhan local tax service tax servioce by statistical result of network questionnaires.In the forth chapter,I briefly introduce some international tax service experience which may be able to be used in Wuhan.In the final chapter,I discuss the content,system and resource of Wuhan tax service which can be optimized,modified,and updated based on the defects I studied and the international experience we dicussed before.Fiscal and taxation system reform will be continuing to deepen,and the tax service has no end.I expect my study will be able to make contribution to promote Wuhan land tax and bring better service to local taxpayers,also make contributions to Wuhan local economic development.
