"Begins with taxpayers' demand,based on the taxpayer satisfaction,finally the taxpayer compliance" is the basic concept of tax services for taxpayers to provide quality,efficient and convenient services,is the important responsibility of the tax department,is also the requirement of era development.The establishment of modern tax service is an important part of the construction of modern tax administration,understanding the needs of taxpayers and solving the demands of taxpayers is an important means to enhance the level of tax service and to solve the problem of taxation.It is also the essence of modern tax service.In this dissertation,the author take advantage of the own work in the tax agency,hope that through the combination of theory and practice to explore the status of taxpayer satisfaction in the grass-roots tax authorities.The author take the Dongxihu local taxation bureau of Wuhan as research object found taxpayer satisfaction exist some disadvantages,try to give the effective solution.This dissertation prepares the basic needs and expectations of the taxpayers through the activities of taxpayers' schools,corporate forums and tax law publicity months.In the later period,the taxpayers' satisfaction questionnaire is used to analyze the taxpayers' needs.On the basis of this,the paper puts forward the optimization plan of the tax service of the Dongxihu Local Taxation Bureau from the aspects of organizational structure,information construction and work flow construction.The first chapter is the introduction of the dissertation,a comprehensive exposition of the research background,meaning,objectives,internal and external research and so on.The second chapter is the empirical study,which is the satisfaction survey of the taxpayers in the Dongxihu local taxation bureau of Wuhan,and the data of the survey results are analyzed.Chapter 3 and Chapter 4,based on the results of the survey feedback,focus on the needs of taxpayers and summarize the main problems and causes.Chapter 5 is the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of tax service.
