Investigation Report On Tax Service Of Yongcheng City Local Taxation Bureau

It was explicitly stated in the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that it is necessary to speed up the reform of our administrative system and facilitate the change of the management government to the service-oriented government.Tax authority is an important government department.Besides,the reform of tax collection and management has been kicked off with the continuous improvement of the socialist legal system and the transformation of government functions.As an important part of tax collection and management,the change of tax service is also in process.All the tax authorities at all levels have been adopting various new measures in tax service to try and explore.It has indeed achieved some success.In practice,however,the satisfaction of taxpayers has not yet reached the expectation which is evaluated by the relevant concept and policy.Moreover,there are still plenty of aspects in tax service system which are not perfect and need to be improved.Therefore,these thoughtful questions are worth further research and exploration.In order to make the research more practical and pertinent,this paper chooses Yongcheng City Local Taxation Bureau as a breakthrough and the case to study.The present situation of tax service of Yongcheng City Local Taxation Bureau is described in detail through the accumulated experience of internship in Yongcheng City Local Taxation Bureau and the relevant information collected through research.Moreover,the satisfaction of taxpayers and tax service demand are investigated through survey.The statistical analysis of the survey results provides the first-hand information related to tax services.It further helps to analyze and summarize the existing problems of Yongcheng City Local Taxation Bureau of tax services,including that tax propaganda is not in-depth,intelligent service is not in place and the service system is not perfect.Finally,based on the practice of tax service,the questionnaire survey results and the strict requirements of the tax payment service system,the suggestions and strategies are provided aiming at the existing problems of the tax service of Yongcheng City Local Taxation Bureau from the view of strengthening the service concept,improving the informatization level,innovating Tax service mode and achieving perfect system so as to benefit the further optimization of the tax service of Yongcheng City Local Taxation Bureau and other similar tax authorities.
