In recent years,the domestic banking industry is facing increasingly fierce market competition environment,coupled with the continuous influx of foreign banks,the more intense environment.Changes in the surrounding environment for the development of tension plus bank internal management properly,the banking industry must establish scientific exploration of the performance evaluation system to ensure their own development to adapt to the new form changing.A rural commercial bank as a local bank,its management and ordinary enterprises,have higher requirements for business risk management and complexity,regardless of their job settings,business process or personnel allocation,because of the special general enterprises do not have the.In the face of the transition period of development,A rural commercial bank needs to adapt to the capital saving business to the growth direction of adjustment.Therefore,not only to meet the needs of transformation and development,but also to improve the internal management,has become the inevitable choice of A rural commercial banks.However,the new performance evaluation system must take into account their own the particularity different from general enterprises,as well as the characteristics of rural commercial bank.This paper based on the theory of performance appraisal,starting from the actual situation of A rural commercial bank,discusses and designs suitable for the development of a set of performance appraisal system.The main content of this paper includes five parts: the first chapter is the introduction part,introduces the background and significance of the research,analyze and summarize the relevant research literature at home and abroad as a theoretical reference,the thesis writing;the second chapter is the theory on performance evaluation,including the basic concepts of performance appraisal,the significance and function of performance assessment,performance evaluation in human resource management and performance appraisal for common methods;the third chapter of the performance appraisal situation of A rural commercial bank and The analysis of existing problems,firstly summarizes the A rural commercial bank company profile,and analysis of the current situation of performance appraisal of A rural commercial bank.The existing assessment of rural commercial bank performance in A in question on the basis;the fourth chapter in the performance appraisal system of A rural commercial bank,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,based on the research of performance appraisal the system of A rural commercial bank related problems that A rural commercial bank shall first plan performance appraisal target,secondly develop specific performance evaluation index,finally establish performance appraisal measures.In order to promote the A rural commercial bank performance appraisal system.The rate of increase,the volume of business and provide the reference;the last part is the conclusion,summarizes,and points out the deficiencies of this research,the future research prospects.In order to help the A rural commercial bank to improve the existing performance appraisal system,to promote its long-term development.
