Human resource is the most important factor in the bank,and the bank management is highly valued,so human resource management has become one of the important functions of bank management.The performance evaluation of commercial banks is the core work of commercial banks in the field of human resources management,which in foreign countries has been very mature,but due to historical reasons,the performance appraisal work of commercial banks in China is not very ideal.This has become one of the problems in the field of human resource management of commercial banks in our country.Performance evaluation of the relationship between the commercial banks can successfully complete the current task indicators,but also the relationship between the interests of the bank customers can be guaranteed.Based on the first-hand information of MS Minsheng Bank A questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the existence of the system based on the performance appraisal theory of the Balanced Scorecard from the aspects of system design and practical operation.The problems and shortcomings,and from the theoretical level put forward some practical improvement strategies.At present,the commercial banks to carry out a wide range of business,both the traditional personal savings and lending,but also a new type of financial management,digital funds and personal banking,etc.,from the traditional banking business model to today's information and network era required The focus on service experience in the process of bank transformation,which relies on the continuous innovation of staff knowledge and skills;customer,market-oriented marketing-oriented;with large data development of a wide range of financial products to attract customers and create Greater monetary value.These changes with the times not only put forward new requirements for the development of banking business,but also the new challenges brought by the performance evaluation system,because with the rich business,performance appraisal factors such as employees,customers,business,etc.More and more,the assessment of the corresponding increase in difficulty.Based on the above background,this paper makes a field investigation on MS branch A,and analyzes the performance appraisal system of MS bank A from the point of view of system design based on the performance appraisal theory of Balanced Scorecard,Improvement,in order to allow the bank's assessment system more complete.Specifically,in order to improve the current performance appraisal system of MS Bank A branch,this research from the actual research to obtain first-hand data,based on the Balanced Scorecard theory analysis of existing data based on the excavation of the existing system And then put forward a new four performance evaluation mechanism,namely,financial,customer,learning and internal processes of four levels,with a view to achieving a comprehensive and systematic assessment.
