Recently,the national development and Reform Commission and other departments convened a meeting to develop a number of measures to accelerate the reform of the power system.Power reform has entered a new stage of implementation,which makes power generation enterprises face new space and new opportunities.But the problems that have existed for a long time are still not well solved.The brain drain of power enterprises is serious,especially the loss of employees at the grass-roots level has become an important factor that restricts the reform of the power system and the development of enterprises.The human resources work needs to be done carefully,especially the investigation of employee satisfaction and improve work has become a priority among priorities of work.JZ Thermal Power Company in order to improve employee satisfaction,enhance the cohesion of the company,combined with the actual situation of the company,carried out employee satisfaction survey.Using the analytic hierarchy process to construct the employee satisfaction model,and combining the advantages of single evaluation method and work element method,the employee satisfaction survey of JZ Thermal Power Company is conducted.Analysis of the main factors affecting employee satisfaction,and find the main determinants of the impact of factors affecting employee satisfaction stratified.By means of statistical analysis,the personal attributes and levels of JZ Thermal Power Company employees are evaluated and diagnosed.The survey found that the current of JZ Thermal Power Company employee satisfaction is low,especially in the distribution of salary,benefits and employee self realization should be paid attention to;work environment,communication and promotion space also should pay more attention.Employee's age,gender and education level have different effects on employee satisfaction.Further analysis found that JZ Thermal Power Company in the management of a series of problems,combined with the diagnostic conclusion of the JZ Thermal Power Company to provide systematic consultation program and rectification opinions.According to the PDCA cycle,employee satisfaction survey and long-term monitoring promotion mechanism are established.
