| Nowadays,intense competition of real estate industry in China has been increasingly obvious.Under such circumstance,consumers’ demand for housing tends to be rational.How to attract new customers and maintain existing customers become the key factors for the long-term and stable development of real estate enterprises.Customer satisfaction has often been considered as a significant index for measuring the quality management level of real estate enterprises.Therefore,exploring the effective ways to improve customer satisfaction of real estate enterprises plays an important role in the sustainable and stable development of real estate enterprises and real estate market in China.In this thesis,research actuality of customer satisfaction has been systematically analyzed by means of literature research method.Furthermore,influence factors of customer satisfaction have been fully studied for A real estate enterprises.Customers of A real estate enterprise as the main design targeted questionnaire interview object,combined with interviews to determine the main factors affecting A real estate enterprise customer satisfaction.With the improved analytical hierarchy process,the suitable customer satisfaction evaluation index systems for A real estate enterprise have been constructed,and the weights of the secondary and tertiary indicators were determined according to the interview data.A questionnaire was designed and issued based on the evaluation index of customer satisfaction,and reliability and validity tests were carried out on more than 200 valid questionnaires.The overall satisfaction was determined as3.71 based on the weighted calculation.The "Important quadrant model" was drawn based on the data of the weight and weighted satisfaction of the second-level indicators,and the influencing factors of customer satisfaction were divided.On the basis of the above research,the key to repair the "layout",the "property management" and "construction quality" to improve planning and strategy research,the opportunity of "value judgment" appropriate improvement measures are put forward,and demand to maintain the area and maintain area advantages,to achieve the purpose of improving customer satisfaction,promote healthy development of A real estate enterprise. |
