Capacity Measurement And Countermeasures Of Coal Industry In Shanxi

After the rapid growth of economy after relying on increasing investment,governments at all levels began to realize the drawbacks of the extensive economic development model,and began to adjust and upgrade the industrial structure.As a result,higher demand for capacity utilization of coal,steel and other energy industries has been put forward.However,according to China's current statistics show that since 2014,coal prices decline,especially in Shanxi such a major coal producing province,the coal enterprises in almost all of the complete state of loss in the year 2015.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the adjustment of coal production capacity and calculate the capacity of the provinces with coal as the main industry.This paper explores the coal overcapacity formation mechanism,how to calculate excess capacity and how to deal with overcapacity and other aspects,the definition and calculation method of excess coal production capacity is studied deeply,focusing on the detailed analysis of the production function method,and the quantitative method of measuring excess capacity correction.In this paper,the coal industry in Shanxi Province as the research object,analyze the measurement of Shanxi capacity utilization and annual production capacity of 2015 of the excess level on 2006,and the eleven areas of the province's 2015 annual coal production capacity utilization comparative analysis.On this basis,the status and existing problems of coal production capacity in Shanxi coal industry are analyzed,and the main influencing factors of coal production capacity in Shanxi are analyzed.Through the analysis of the formation mechanism and influencing factors of overcapacity,coal overcapacity is by the enterprise profit behavior,interaction of supply and demand changes inGDP oriented development of local government and market based on the impulse caused by the nine dimensions based on the three aspects,using the principal component analysis method to get the main influencing factors,and excluding the price factor the other six factors determine the basis for the subsequent analysis of the index.In the analysis of national capacity to base the overall deployment and policy support on the production capacity of Shanxi Province,through the linear programming model of the eleven regions of Shanxi province to locate their capacity to capacity oriented,in order to be more targeted in various regions of control overcapacity to improve production efficiency,especially strong theoretical support for the elimination of backward production capacity.Provide a new way of thinking and methods for the regulation and control of production capacity in different regions,so as to realize the healthy operation of all major coal enterprises in Shanxi.
