In recent years,with the popularity of the Internet and the booming development of e-commerce,fresh food e-commerce has rapidly entered people's lives,which brings people convenience while has many risks as well.It has both the characteristics of fresh food and e-commerce.Due to the continuous improvement o f people's living standards,the requirements for buying fresh products on e-commerce platforms are also high.At first,the freshness of fresh products must be ensured.Secondly,the timeliness of the delivery of fresh products must be guaranteed.In othe r words,the quality and efficiency must be guaranteed.Fresh food e-commerce is more complex than the e-commerce of other products.The supply chain of fresh e-commerce involves many companies,which increases its complexity.Due to the nature of fresh products,the fresh food e-commerce supply chain faces a huge risk test.How to identify,evaluate and control the logistics risk of fresh food e-commerce supply chain is an important issue that we need to consider.Fresh food e-commerce is still in a period of development,and it is of great significance to effectively identify,evaluate and control its logistics risks.This article starts from the perspective of the fresh e-commerce supply chain,according to the existing research and field interviews,syst ematically combing the risk factors that exist in the various aspects of the fresh e-commerce supply chain logistics.Analyzing the risk factors of fresh food e-commerce supply chain through the various stage of the fresh food e-commerce supply chain.On this basis,the system dynamics was used to establish a fresh food e-commerce supply chain risk assessment model,and to analyze the inherent causality of each risk.By comparing the trend of changes in risk and the overall risk,it was found that the stora ge stage risk is the main risk in the logistics stage,and effective risk control measures can reduce the risk.Finally,a multi-objective model based on the risk occurrence rate,risk control cost and risk loss is designed for the risk of the storage stag e and solved using the particle swarm optimization algorithm.The use of Matlab software for instance analysis proves that the PSO algorithm can effectively solve the Pareto optimal solution and find the best combination of risk control measures for the lo gistics and warehousing stage of the fresh food E-commerce supply chain to achieve the comprehensive optimization of the three goals—risk occurrence rate the cost of risk control and risk loss.
