However, the domestic researches on reverse logistics are still in the primary stage, reverse logistics is premature. And due to the long delivering time in reverse logistics, high cost for the construction of reverse logistics system, etc., most enterprises ignore the establishment of reverse logistics network. Hence, the paper emphasizes on how to improve the efficiency of reverse logistics distribution and minimize the reverse logistics cost.This paper introduces the reverse logistics, The list is widely recognized by the reverse logistics model , Owing to the influence of environment on backflow bigger , analyzes the significance and influence factors of Reuse Reverse Logistics Network Center Location; researches and analyzes the continuous and discrete location model; summarizes the features of independent reverse logistics location by comparing reverse logistics with forward logistics ; proposes a generalized model of independent reverse logistics network, and establish the mathematical model under certain constraint conditions by analyzing the operation of the model; Logistics location model belongs to the combinatorial optimization problem, the calculation difficult ,solves the problem of combinatorial explosion when the quantity of back up logistics centers reaches a certain amount, which can hardly achieved optimum solution through traditional optimization algorithm .The paper mainly focuses on how to use the particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve such NP problems as the site selection in independent reverse logistics network. Given the discrete nature of independent reverse logistics model, the author solves the problem of independent reverse logistics model using discrete binary particle swarm optimization algorithm, which fill up the blank of applying the swarm algorithm to the independent Reverse Logistics Location. During the solving process, the paper introduces several methods such as dynamic inertia weight factor, shrinkage factor, etc. to avoid falling into a partial optimal solution and the low particle diversity.Based on the research achievements,particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied into independent reverse logistics network location model.
