The Evluation And Analysis Of The Technological Innovation Capability Of Information Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Zhejiang Province

Represented by computer and the Internet, the information technology industry is the most significant industrial results in the fourth technological revolution. The development of the information technology industry has a profound impact on the global economic development. In recent years, Zhejiang vigorously promote the "Digital Zhejiang" and continuously strengthen the construction of the modern information system, as an emerging industry, the information technology industry has become one of the pillar industries of Zhejiang’s economy. At present, the development of information technology industry in Zhejiang province is still based on the information equipment manufacturing industry. Although the development level of information equipment manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province ranks near the top around the world and has formed a relatively complete industrial system, but the advantages of Zhejiang province information equipment manufacturing enterprises rely on the mass production of whole machine and various electronic components products. Besides, some problems greatly restricted the overall industry development, for instance, the ability of industry innovation and development is weak, the ability of independent research and resist risks is not strong enough. Therefore, it is necessary for us to realize the innovation and development of information equipment manufacturing industry in Zhejiang province. We need a comprehensive understanding of development and innovation capability of information equipment manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province and have an objective understanding of problems in the information equipment manufacturing innovation.The current statistical evaluation system of information equipment manufacturing industry focuses on the collection of industrial development scale, such as the output value, sales income, assets, profits and taxes, employment and other data, is mainly to meet the needs of the national economic accounting, and the relevant indicators reflect the innovation capability is litter. Based on the concept of innovation and other scholars’ study on the elements of innovation, combined with the development status of Zhejiang Province, the paper constructs the evaluation index system of information equipment manufacturing industry in Zhejiang province to make a comprehensive evaluation on the technological innovation capability of Zhejiang province. Firstly, the paper analyzes the innovation capability of Zhejiang province and determining the weight through the principal component analysis, combining with the result of cluster analysis. Since the results of principal component analysis can only compare the innovation capability of each year. Subsequently, this paper creates the innovative development aggregative index using the weight determined by principal component analysis to explore the dynamic development trend of information equipment manufacturing industry in Zhejiang innovation ability. Finally, combine the actual situation of Zhejiang Province, the countermeasures to promote the development of information equipment manufacturing industry are put forward.The research found that the industry scale of information equipment manufacturing industry in Zhejiang province has been growing, and the new enterprise has been added continuously. From the perspective of industrial technology innovation, the innovation power and vitality of information equipment manufacturing industry continues to increase, innovation investment increased year by year, and technological innovation capability is also showing sustained improvement. In the study of industrial technology innovation ability in Zhejiang Province, it is found that although the gap between the eleven cities is big, the industrial innovation capability of 11 cities has formed their own unique development characteristic. In the study of sectional technology innovation ability, it is discovered that microelectronics technology and components manufacturing industry which is the most outstanding compared with other sectors has become the main power of information equipment manufacturing industry innovation.According to the research results, combined with the present situation of Zhejiang province information equipment manufacturing industry innovation capability, the following suggestions are put forward. First, it is need to strengthen policy guidance and give full play to the advantages of the eleven cities. Second, it is necessary to build a modern industrial park to promote industrial agglomeration integration and consider large enterprises as the leading force. Third, promote the open cooperation to upgrade the overall innovation level of information equipment manufacturing industry.
