| Along with new concept such as 4.0 in industry?intelligent manufacturing equipment and intelligent wear equipment put forward,People lifestyle is facing a revolutionary change.The new revolution of science and technology seems ready to come out,each step emphasized the interaction and information transfer between the human and computer.Thus the man-machine interaction has become the important field of the industrial revolution.TFT-LCD industry as a main way to exchange information between person and computer,has become one of the core areas in IT industry,and set off an investment boom in China.China has become one of the important TFT-LCD production bases in the world.However,more than 80%of equipment,spare parts and materials are still facing the difficulty of dependent on the imports.In recent years,with the intensification of international competition,international enterprises devote the patents and new technologies as weapons to curb the development of TFT-LCD industry.This paper firstly compares the TFT-LCD industry development course and present situation at home and abroad,analyzes the current TFT-LCD industry market competition pattern,summarizes the TFT-LCD industry in China is facing lack of technical innovation,such as lower R&D investment,fewer patent,weaker industrial chain and fewer talents in its field.Second,starting from the definition of technology innovation ability,the technology innovation capability of TFT-LCD industry is divided into three parts as innovation input,innovation support and innovation output,then builds the evaluation model of technical innovation ability in TFT-LCD industry.Moreover,domestic TFT-LCD industry technology innovation ability is evaluated empirically by methods of factor analysis and grey correlation,influencing factors of technology innovation ability are discussed as the research and development investment,government policy,scientific research institutions,patent level,industry scale,market share,etc.The evaluation conclusions are consistent from two different evaluation methods.The results showed that technical innovation ability in nearly five years is significantly higher than front five years',but instability locally in five consecutive years,which reflects domestic TFT-LCD technical innovation ability trends better totally but unstable locally,understanding of technical innovation ability needs to be improved eagerly.By comparing with foreign enterprises,aspects need to be improved in domestic TFT-LCD industry as R&D investment,industry chain integration,patent layout and policy utilization,etc.Finally,in view of the problems found in the research,countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to win the leapfrog development for our domestic TFT-LCD industry,and preempt the international market opportunities. |
