With being pushed by smart factory technology,smart factory technology is becoming the key of competitive for each country.In 2015,Hence,Prime Minister of China_Li Ke Qiang signed a vital deploym ent of Industry 4.0 named “Made in China,2025”,However China still is a developing country,still undergo the industry process.Due to not balance of development,so that not only bad and traditional skills but also advanced and modern skills existed at the same time;most of Chinese enterprises were still at the edge of industry 2.0 and industry 3.0 with lower level of efficiency and process management,but,Germany and European companies were different,they've already been AI plants of industry 4.0.That's why we can't completely follow or simply simulate their approaches but we need find a suitable way to upgrade and transform current industry structure.The purpose of this thesis is to explore the practical method of smart factory of weihu company.Firstly,according to the methods of automation and informationization management and system engineering,Research the current situation of the industry and weihu company,then summarize the related problems of the company,and analyze the problems gradually and find out the reasons.Finally,It derive that necessity and feasibility of smart factories from the viewpoint of lean basic,informatization,automation and organization guarantee.The principle of intelligent factory design is divided into four parts:global,distribution,joint planning and elimination of interference.Implementing lean management is the foundation of a smart factory.The design of smart factory is divided into three parts: digital design,automatic design and intelligent design;The three relationships are as follows,firstly digital design is enterprise digitisation construction;then,automation design is the automation system design;finally,intelligent design is the Internet of things,big data and other technical constructi on.This paper introduces mainly the design scheme of smart factory.Digital design consists of digitalized characteristics,objectives,design idea and digitalized application management.Automation scheme includes automation characteristics,objectives and design idea.Smart orientation scheme consists of smart orientation characteristics,objectives and design idea.Last but not least,it is suggested that the company,besides construction of smart factory,should also propose guarantee for refined implementation upon completion of overall design of the smart factory.The guarantee scheme for project implementation includes project schedule and progress management,quality management and risk management,etc.The ultimate objective of smart factory design is to evaluate,monitor,estimate,control,optimize and determine each link in the production,thus help enterprises improve efficiency.This paper provides an example of the system planning and optimi zation for chemical fiber industry and smart factory,and can also be reference for similar enterprises.Only by planning a development road for smart factory conforming to the requirements of Wei hu company,can it solve the pain points in the management of the enterprise and realize a healthy development and stable profit in the future.When the project is implemented,the seamless connection between planning and technology should be considered by paying attention to the maturity of industrial internet technology development and the feasibility of the technology.
