Under the background of the new situation, the wisdom of the power plant is not simply a problem of a concept, to understand the national policy, examine the macro environment at home and abroad, the continuous business innovation and vigorously apply new technology to adapt to the challenges faced by the power plant, at the same time, we should learn from the successful experience of construction at home and abroad of the wisdom of the power plant, built the wisdom of the power plant to ensure electric power enterprises under the new starting point, new technology, new opportunities, new challenges to continue to create greater value.Firstly, the content of this paper is mainly through the research on the top level design of the intelligent power plant. In under the guidance of a new round of reform of electric power industry policy and energy Internet, smart energy technology policy, driven by the demand for efficient management, based on centralized control and intelligent decision making, intelligent control will become a reality, the intelligent power plant become a new direction of research and development.Secondly, this paper expounds the general idea and basic principles of the top level design of intelligent power plant, and puts forward the requirements of intelligent power plant construction, and gives a blueprint for the construction of intelligent power plant information construction in the next 3-5 years. Planning the scope of business covers organizational control, human resources management, financial management, production management, equipment asset management, warehouse management, safety management, engineering and technology management, operation and management of power generation and other business. Planning and organization of the scope of the plant coverage of the various departments of the power plant, focusing on the design and research of the top level of the business to enhance the wisdom of the power plant described.Finally, the top-level design of smart power plant should be in line with the two fusion and industrial 4.0 development direction, the Purdue model of power enterprise automation and information construction points for the equipment layer, control layer, production execution layer, management layer and decision support layer and layers of support and implement the power plant equipment operation, production, management information step by step uploads, helping to lead the scientific decision-making to ensure the command decision making in management layer, manufacturing execution step by step with layer control layer and equipment issued to implement, equipment control instruction execution result through equipment state information. Upload information and instructions issued cycle, closed loop and high efficiency, ensure the plant have good perception, decision-making and implementation capacity, to enhance enterprise performance.
