With the global economic globalization,ports play a leading role in regional economy development as an integrated transport hub,the ports construction in China is in a very important position.Resulting from the complexity and uncertainties of a port construction project,there are many factors of quality risk during construction,which lead to quality risk accidents.The accidents may cause a series of serious consequences,including financial losses,casualties,and negative impacts on environment and society.The provided solutions and preventive measures after quality risk factors identification and evaluation can avoid accidents or reduce resulting damages.Establishing a construction quality risk assessment system of gravity wharf based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation method is the main content of this paper.This paper analyzes the quality risk inherent in the construction of gravity wharf projects.The Delphi method(the expert opinion method)is employed in assessing factors of quality risk and the system of quality risk factors is constructed.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is employed in evaluating and weighting various elements.The fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of construction quality risk factors of gravity wharf is constructed,and the risk classification method and risk acceptance criterion are determined.The risk factors and the level of risk of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are identified according to the principle of maximum degree of membership.The construction of a multi-purpose berth at Panjin-Port is analyzed as a case study to verify the effectiveness of the model developed in this paper.A fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is established and the rationality and applicability of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are verified in this paper.Some measures are put forward to the results to relieve the probability of risk.This paper provides a reference for risk analysis of the construction of other gravity wharfs.
