With the growing of automotive industry group around the Bohai Sea,the standard plant as an effective carrier of industrial transferring, the project plays an important role in improving the level of intensive land utilization, optimizing the industrial structure, promoting the development of SMEs and the development of industrial clusters, which project has very important significance. This paper around the mainline of the risk management of standard plant construction projects, for a variety of uncertainties that may exist in the process of project construction, we proposed the multi-disciplinary knowledge and methods, a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, modeling methods to research. The introduction chapter introduces the research background, significance status,and the project risk management research at home and abroad, which made research ideas and research build research framework. The first chapter details the concept of standard plant construction projects risks and the related risk management, that pave the way for subsequent studies. The second chapter describes the basic situation of standard plant projects, including the construction of the project background and necessity of the project location, project content, project implementation progress, investment, the main economic indicators. The third chapter to chapter five according to the process of risk management, take the standard factory construction project as example elaborating the various risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and thus propose appropriate response measures and control measures. The sixth chapter summarizes the full text of the study, and proposed the outlook for further research.This article is a case study of the construction project risk management,the risk management research of construction of The Heze Automobile Industrial Park standard factory.This paper introduce AHP and fuzzy evaluation method into construction project risk evaluation, which makes the evaluation process more structured and hierarchical. Using AHP process and steps to determine the index weight of the project risk evaluation index system weight, on this basis, combining fuzzy evaluation method of risk evaluation phases of each project and project risk evaluation. Among them, the indicators right weight and the risk level used in the evaluation process is determined by expert scoring method.
