The emergence of Internet-based social media has started a new kind of conversationamong consumers and companies,challenging traditional ideas about marketing and brand management while creating new opportunities for organizations to understand customers and connect with them instantly.The effect of social technologies in customer-facing processes is already significant.A survey from Mc Kinsey finds that while overall adoption of these tools has plateaued,companies can do more to measure and then capture social's benefits.However,many companies also said they were still struggling with how to best use the different channels,gauge their effectiveness,and integrate social media into their strategies.Company E refers to a global organization providing professional services for its clients.Based on the analysis of E's existing social media solution and social technology platform,together with the best practice and success stories of social business,this thesis focus on the design and implementation of E's social selling and social business strategy.This thesis can be a good reference on Social Selling strategy and Social Business strategy.
