| Dawa District of Panjin city in Panjin as "the Shuangcheng Duo" strategy of the connection point,with the city tourism city,Panjin smart city construction opportunities,and actively implement the "going out,please come in" strategy,has been to Ningbo,Hongkong,Taiwan and other places to carry out large-scale investment activities,and achieved fruitful results,but there are also investment cost and the investment efficiency,to make scientific investment performance evaluation system.This paper selects the Dawa District of Panjin city as the research object,the current investment performance of "government oriented" evaluation,will focus on the performance evaluation of the focus on the investment amount,the investment system has yet to build a performance evaluation system for performance evaluation of investment is still in the statistical phase,over reliance on quantitative indicators,has not yet been fully evaluation of investment performance,so it is urgent to construct investment performance evaluation index system,procedure and method of operation.In this paper,using the theory of evaluation of investment performance evaluation,combined with the status quo of Dawa area investment performance to carry out the survey,analysis of the investment performance evaluation of the existing problems,and analyze its deep reasons,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.Specific measures include the construction of performance evaluation for county development orientation,cultivate diversified level assessment of the performance of the main investment,construction of standardized performance evaluation process and optimize the investment performance evaluation methods of operation.Through the development of investment performance evaluation system of Dawa District of Panjin City,not only can effectively carry out investment work to help Panjin City Dawa District,the other district county government making investment performance evaluation system to provide reference. |
