A Study On The Evaluation Index Of CSR In China's Civil Aviation Industry

Since the Industrial Revolution,the research on social responsibility has been on the rise.However,related research has remained at the corporate level,and there has been little research on the industry level.It was only in the past 10 years that some industries began to pay attention to the development of social responsibilities from the industry level,but which is only some simple researches from the perspective of industry associations and lack of quantitative research at the academic level.Based on the actual conditions of civil aviation industry in China,this paper extends the concept of corporate social responsibility to the industry level and introduces the evaluation of corporate social responsibility to the industry level,proposes the concept of social responsibility and assessment index of China's civil aviation industry,and forms the conceptual model of the social responsibility of the civil aviation industry in China.Based on the conceptual model,this paper constructs an assessment indicator system for the social responsibility assessment index of China's civil aviation industry,including 4 first-level indicators,6 second-level indicators and 24 third-level indicators.At the same time,this paper selects a modified and more scientific combination assessment method to evaluate the social responsibility performance of China's civil aviation industry from 2006 to 2015,and obtains the social responsibility evaluation index results of China's civil aviation industry in recent 10 years.The research shows that index scores of China's civil aviation industry are generally on an upward trend in the last 10 years.The development from 2006 to 2011 is the first stage,whose main features are extreme development,with the best and worst performance years.2012 to 2015 is the second stage,whose main features are steady development,and the assessment index scores and rankings are steadily rising.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the impact assessment index results,this paper believes that the development of social responsibility should pay attention to the balance between the development of each factor.
