Evaluation Research On China Civil Aviation Industry Social Benefits

In the national economy as the basic, strategic, forward-looking industry, civil aviation industry has created economic benefits at the same time also play a huge social benefits. In particular, the civil aviation industry itself has the public welfare,social and natural. How to evaluate the social benefit is more of a concern. However,since few in the evaluation of the social benefits of the civil aviation industry, there are many gaps in theory, which leads to many contradictions and problems at the national level, industry level and enterprise level.According to the characteristics of the social benefits of the civil aviation industry, the first construction of social benefit index evaluation system of civil aviation industry, through the factor analysis method and Delphi method to confirm the selected indicators, and then combined with the application of stakeholder theory to construct the model of social benefit evaluation of civil aviation industry, then to China civil aviation industry social benefits were quantitatively calculated by using public data 1993-2012 years, and the final results are analyzed, at the end of the Chinese civil aviation industry and puts forward policy suggestions to enhance the social benefits.
