In recent years,photovoltaic industry has been developing continuously in China,and the whole photovoltaic industry has seen a rapid growth.In the process of rapid development of the industry,enterprises are bound to need a lot of financing support,but at present,photovoltaic power enterprises generally financing is more difficult.As the construction of the photovoltaic industry,especially the photovoltaic power station,is a typical capital intensive industry,the construction of the photovoltaic power station needs a large amount of capital,while the cost recovery period of the photovoltaic power station is long,on the other hand,the bank loan generally needs land or property to mortgage,but the main assets of the photovoltaic power station are light hair.Electrical equipment,resulting in photovoltaic power generation enterprises to obtain funds from banks more difficult.Compared with other financing methods such as bank loans,financial leasing has a significant advantage as a financing model for photovoltaic power generation enterprises.First,the financing lease needs equipment as a lease,which coincides with the photovoltaic assets owned by photovoltaic power enterprises.Secondly,the construction period of the PV power generation enterprise is short,but the current silver is silver.The approval process of bank loan is slow,and the finance leasing enterprise has fast approval and high efficiency,which can meet the demand of financing for PV enterprises as soon as possible.This study is based on this financing problem for photovoltaic power enterprises to seek a convenient and efficient financing way,that is,through the analysis of the photovoltaic industry and X photovoltaic power companies,the feasibility of financing leasing for X photovoltaic power companies.X photovoltaic power company is the item company set up by Cong group in September2016 to build a 100 MW photovoltaic leader.The 100 MW PV power station built by the company was started in January 2017 and was connected to the network in July 2017.The initial operation funds of the item company depend on the capital of the registered capital.The project has been basically completed.It is necessary to pay all the costs to the constructor and equipment.At present,it seeks the financing lease to pay for the construction and equipment purchase costs.This paper first introduces the current situation of photovoltaic industry,and reviews the relevantliterature in the financial leasing industry.Then the general situation of the financial leasing project is analyzed from three aspects: the lessee's general situation,the general situation of the project and the general situation of the financing lease.Then,the feasibility of financial leasing is analyzed from four aspects: industry background,lessee's financial status,tenant's competitiveness and guarantee.Through a comprehensive analysis of the industry and the X photovoltaic power generation company,the X PV Company has good financial standing and strong operational capability,and can provide financial leasing.Then,according to the results of the feasibility analysis,a specific financing lease scheme is designed for X PV power generation company,and the project is analyzed from three angles of project income,cash flow prediction and sensitivity analysis.It is considered that X PV power company has the ability to repay the rent.At last,this paper analyzes the risk of the lease item in the respects of the lessee's credit risk,the macro policy change risk and the leasehold risk,and puts forward the corresponding risk prevention and control measures.At the same time,the financing lease project of X PV power generation company is considered to have a low risk of breach of contract and the risk is controllable.
