| In today's society,environmental issues have become the first major issue that restricts development.Centralized generation based on traditional energy consumption often results in environmental damage and greenhouse gas emissions.So now all countries in the world pay more and more attention to the utilization of renewable energy,the most representative is the utilization and development of distributed power,which will also become our inevitable choice.With the release of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Solar Energy Development",there will be opportunities for rapid growth of distributed PV in China.However,on the one hand,the distributed photovoltaic industry faces a very strong concept and a promising market;on the other hand,it faces financing difficulties and can not find suitable financing channels.Through the analysis of a typical case of XT financing lease of a distributed PV enterprise,this paper points out the existing market of XT in the process of financial leasing,which includes case analysis,document analysis and research interview.Environmental risks,technical risks,reliance on excessive government subsidies,lack of bargaining power,unpredictable project returns,roof property rights issues,information asymmetry in leasing companies,mutual guarantees in the leasing process,and internal control issues.Based on these problems,this paper proposes that distributed PV enterprises can improve the financial leasing process by improving management level,focusing on corporate reputation,clarifying roof property rights and other measures.Leasing companies can reduce the risk by changing risk awareness,establishing risk allocation mechanism and strengthening internal control measures Risk in the financing process.Hope to be able to summarize some of the distributed photovoltaic financial leasing industry with some regularities in order to guide the development of distributed photovoltaic financial leasing industry to develop healthily. |
