Land Resources Evaluation Of The Economic Security In Wuhan City

In recent years,China’s gross domestic product(GDP)is growing at an average of 7%.At the same time of rapid economic development,faced with the restriction of resources endowment.Land resources are an important part of natural resources.Deepen the study of the safety issues in the field of land resources helps enriching the theory and methods of land resources security evaluation and exploring the law of development and direction.And it helps to provide the evidence for the future urban development.Currently,the research scope on the land resources is limited.The majority of the research is all about land carrying capacity and ecological security.The study of economic security is still in its infancy.Land resources are the basic guarantee for the sustainable development of social economy.As a breakthrough point,to study the economic security of the land is conducive to better implement the national need for regulation of the land resources and provide a reference for the development of economic suitability of land use patterns.It has a strong theoretical and practical significance.This paper adopts the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.Through the index data processing including the number of quantity safety,quality safety,structure safety,efficiency safety,price and sustainable development safety to evaluate the land resources in Wuhan.On this basis,put forward the improvement of economic security of land resources in Wuhan city.The innovation of this article is the innovation and research methods and the construction of the index system of innovation.Based on the detailed analysis of the economic security of land resources in Wuhan city,reaching rational use of land resources and promoting the optimal allocation of land resource.This article consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,explains the purpose of this article and the background and review of relevant literature.The second part presents the related concepts and theoretical basis for the research.Part III describes the construction principles and the evaluation system of land resource.Part IV is empirical analysis.This part draws a conclusion of the land resources evaluation of the economic security in Wuhan city.Part v is the prospect of this paper.Put forward reasonable suggestion and pointed out the shortcomings.
