| Land is the mother of all things and the cornerstone of human activities and social progress.With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the scarcity of land has led to the aggravation of the contradiction between human and land,which has become a huge obstacle to curb economic development and social progress.Therefore,in the case of a certain total amount of existing land,improving the efficiency of land use is the key to break the contradiction between man an land.Wuhan city circle is an important strategic fulcrum for the rise of central China.In 2007,it was set up as a comprehensive supporting reform pilot area for the construction of a national resource-saving andenvironment-friendly society.It is a pioneer in exploring intensive land use.It is of great research value to evaluate the current situation of land use in terms of economy,society and ecology.In view of this,this study starts from Wuhan city circle,on the basis of sorting out a large number of domestic and foreign relevant research,combined with the general situation of natural geography,economic and social development and land use of Wuhan city circle,selected 12 indicators related to economic,social and ecological aspects to construct the indicator system,and applied the comprehensive index model to the land use efficiency of Wuhan city circle in 2007-2017.And it evaluates the overall land use efficiency of Wuhan city circle in different time scales and analyzes the differences of land use efficiency between different cities.The results are as follows:(1)From the perspective of time scale,the land-use comprehensive benefit of Wuhan urban circle shows a continuous upward trend in general.In 11 years,it has increased by0.1275.While in the subsystem,the economic benefit of land-use of Wuhan urban circle has increased by 0.0984,the social benefit has increased by 0.0383,and the ecological benefit has decreased by 0.0091.It can be seen from this that the economic development of Wuhan city circle is in good condition,the social development is in general condition,and the ecological benefit problem is relatively prominent.(2)From the perspective of the differences between cities,the comprehensive benefits of the city circle ranked in order from high to low are Wuhan,Huanggang,Ezhou,Huangshi,Qianjiang,Xiantao,Xiaogan,Tianmen and Xianning.Among them,Huanggang,Xianning and Xiaogan are the cities with rapid economic benefit growth,while Wuhan city has the slowest growth rate although the total economic benefit is the largest.But in terms of social benefit growth,Wuhan ranks first,and Xiantao and Ezhou have poor growth.In terms of ecological benefits,the overall situation of each city is poor,and Ezhou,Qianjiang,Huangshi and Xiantao have showed negative growth trends.(3)From the perspective of specific indicators,the growth rate of various indicators in the economic benefits of Wuhan city circle is significantly higher than that of per capita income,which shows that the economic growth of income is lower than that of social economy.The economic gap between each city and Wuhan is widening year by year,and the regional economic development is in an unbalanced state.And in the aspect of social benefits,the main problem is the unstable population growth.Except for Wuhan in a steady growth,there has been a slight decline in other cities,especially in Huanggang,where the population loss is relatively serious.The per capita green area growth in Qianjiang is relatively slow,and the per capita roads area in Ezhou and Xiantao are declining.In view of the above situation in Wuhan Metropolitan area,it is suggested that the policies of urban development in Wuhan City Circle should be adjusted in the following aspects: strengthening policy support,optimizing the allocation of resources,speeding up urban road construction,strengthening the planning of green land,promoting the plan of talent introduction,improving the capacity of sewage treatment and reducing the application of agricultural fertilizer. |
