Geological Evaluation Of Shale Gas Single Well In Jingmen Exploration Area

Based on the two shale gas wells JQ1 and JQ2,observation and sampling of core,collection of existing test data and the analysis of all kinds of indoor test is carried out.The main study achievements and acknowledgements are as follows:1.Huangling anticline in Yangtze area experienced multiple tectonic movements,the buried depth of JQ1 and JQ2 wells is shallow,the shale thickness and total thickness of Doushantuo formation in JQ1 well,Shuijingtuo and Shipai formation in JQ2 well are large,mud shale is good;2.Doushantuo formation of JQ1 well is divided into 2 three order sequence,Shuijingtuo formation of JQ2 well is divided into 3 three order sequence,Shipai formation is divided into 1 three order sequence,sequences are transgressive and highstand systems tracts;3.Sedimentary facies of JQ1 is carbonate platform-platform margin slope-clastic shelf,sedimentary facies of JQ2 is mixed continental shelf-clastic shelf facies;4.1t shows that Doushantuo formation of JQ1 well,Shuijingtuo formation and Shipai formation of JQ2 well are of low TOC content,and maturity of organic matter is high,reached a mature stage,the kerogen type is good;The shale brittleness of Doushantuo formation of JQ1 well,Shuijingtuo formation and Shipai formation of JQ2 well is obviously well,in favor of crack growth and hydraulic fracturing,but the porosity and permeability is low;JQ2 well has low gas content;5.Through the comprehensive geological evaluation of single well,resource potential of Doushantuo formation of JQ1 well is poor,resources potential of Shuijingtuo formation and Shipai formation of JQ2 well is poor,is not conducive to the shale gas reservoir.Doushantuo formation of JQ1 well and Shuijingtuo formation of JQ2 well is the shale gas exploration layers,but Shipai formation of JQ2 well is not the target exploration layer.
