With the rapid development of information technology and the increasingly fierce competition in the business,the business of the business has gradually adopted the scientific modernization of management.Especially for employee performance appraisal,the traditional assessment has a lot of subjective influence,so the traditional performance appraisal method can not meet the needs of enterprise's survival and development.In today's era of rapid development of computer technology,the use of computer management system can not only improve the level of performance management and operational efficiency,but also for the enterprise management to save manpower and material resources.The Hengyang A company needs of employee performance evaluation based on the development of a staff performance evaluation system,the system mainly from the perspective of evaluation activities,the establishment of employee information management,attendance management,salary management,performance management,system management and report management Liu Damo block performance evaluation system.In the method of performance evaluation,introduces the performance evaluation of genetic algorithm,fuzzy comprehensive performance evaluation method based on the advantages and disadvantages of comparative analysis,put forward the evaluation of fuzzy performance composite element algorithm based on the design idea.Specifically describes the process of employee performance appraisal,can be divided into the following seven steps: one is to clear the purpose of the evaluation and object;the two is to choose the evaluation model and method of optimal selection,evaluation model and evaluation method corresponding to the purpose and content;three is the establishment of evaluation index system;four is widely collected information using a variety of methods,evaluation,multi angle,multi side to collect materials and make the evaluation conclusion with sufficient factual basis;six is the information processing and comprehensive evaluation;seven is the result of the analysis,write the evaluation report.This paper first describes the performance management system needs analysis process.In demand analysis,the main focus on employee information management use case analysis,the new system objectives,needs analysis and security needs to expand.Secondly,this paper analyzes the performance evaluation of the improvedalgorithm,the design of the fuzzy performance evaluation algorithm based on composite elements.At last,the performance management system is realized.
