In the era of knowledge economy, the traditional capital, land and labor inputs is no longer the key factor of economic growth, innovation has become the core competitiveness of the country, the level of knowledge stock of a country is essential to the sustainable development of the economy. To meet the arrival of the era of knowledge economy is both a challenge and an opportunity for china. How to combine the knowledge or innovation achievements and the economy makes knowledge into real productivity, and how to use the knowledge to the highest efficiency to promote economic growth,is Chinese promoting the economic transformation and development problems to be solved.Another concern in China today is the phenomenon of economic agglomeration. The traditional econometrics does not consider the spatial interaction, and ignores the spatial dependence and spatial spillover effect. But the geographical proximity provides convenience for knowledge dissemination and diffusion, the neighborhood can share knowledge and innovation, which will greatly reduce the cost of knowledge creation and dissemination, accelerate the knowledge stock of knowledge source area and its adjacent area of accumulation. The mutual influence of the geographical space is a problem we should not neglect.By combing the knowledge spillover, economic agglomeration related literature, reference to previous research results, and briefly reviews the theoretical background about knowledge spillovers neoclassical growth theory and new growth theory and new economic geography, and introduces the spatial econometrics and model analysis of knowledge spillover effects on TFP growth on the basis of.And through the spatial econometric statistical analysis, calculating spatial Moran index using Geoda software(Moran s I)spatial correlation to identify the variables, using the method of panel data and spatial econometrics 2008-2013 national 274 prefecture level city, data processing and spatial econometric regression examines the spatial effect of total factor productivity China prefecture level city of knowledge overflow and area by using MATLAB software, based on the space effect of the power source to further explore the decomposition of TFP and the knowledge spillovers mechanism, explore the knowledge or innovation way, fruit and economic combination of how knowledge into real productivity, promote economic growth and efficiency of knowledge. The empirical results show that:the geographical distribution of total factor productivity China prefecture level city showed strong agglomeration, local TFP growth rate increased from the surrounding area of economic agglomeration, agglomeration effect is greatly improved in total factor productivity, compared with the stock of knowledge on economic growth has certain contribution, but limited contribution to the stock of patents;the level of knowledge has a significant positive effect on regional TFP growth rate,a region of the patent stock not only promote local productivity, but also through the feedback effect of TFP,transfer to the neighboring regions, but also promote the TFP of neighboring regions increased;the decomposition results comparison of spatial effect, the spread, knowledge sharing innovation directly realized by knowledge spillover is not,but because of the strong agglomeration The strong productivity radiation effect is transmitted to neighboring areas, which indirectly promotes the improvement of total factor productivity.
