Safety is always the most important research subject for complex process industry control system.Especially in recent years,the development of science and technology has made the safety analysis observably different from the traditional production system.On the one hand,the scale of process industry is more and more big and the system structure is more and more complex,which lead to the safety trouble in the design being hard to find.On the other hand,the material flow and the energy flow of production equipment/pipeline network are tightly coupled with information flow of control/communication network.This phenomenon has brought the new features of the structure,which brings severe challenges to the traditional system design,vulnerability and security analysis,and needs a new solution to process.How to analyze the structural features and vulnerability of complex industrial production system effectively and comprehensively,and to evaluate its potential security issues become an important research topic.Industrial control system can be abstracted into a large-scale network system.The introduction of complex network in the field of complex control system can explore the essence of the complex system from the theoretical and empirical,and this has become a new research hotspot.But most of the existing researches based on the production process equipment,without taking the detection of the instrument and other control system components into account.For the process industry production system,most of analysis topological vulnerability with a single index is lack of comprehensiveness.And existing methods did not explore the relationship between the production system network topology and control system safety problems.To solve above problems,this paper carried out the following research.Firstly,we constructed the equipment network of high pressure acid leaching process and proved that the network abstracted from industrial processes has characteristics of complex networks.Secondly,on the basis of the above processing network,we take the control system components into account,such as test instruments,actuators and so on.Then we constructed the whole control system network and analyzed the complex network characteristics,found that the topology of the network also has the characteristics of complex network.Thirdly,we analyzed the topology vulnerability of the network constructed in this paper,and found out the key nodes in the network.At last,we made a SDG-HAZOP assessment for critical operation units in process industry control system,revealed potential safety problems in control system.And the HAZOP analysis table is given out.We hope to explore new train of thought of industrial control system safety analysis and new analytical tools through this article.Especially,the combination of the complex network topology analysis and the traditional operation safety analysis has practical significance to provide complete analysis technology for the safety of the key units in system.
