Research And Design Of Meteorological Early Warning Information Receiving System Based On Beidou

Compared with GPS of America,GLONASS of Russia,Galileo satellite positioning system of Europe,Beidou short message communication is the unique function of Beidou satellite system independently developed by our country.At present,it can provide all-weather no-blind area service in the whole Asia-Pacific region.In the release of meteorological early warning information,Beidou short message communication method has the advantages of wide coverage,security and reliability,but limited by the single transmission quantity and broadcast frequency of Beidou short message.This will lead to a series of problems,such as the exponential increase of packet loss rate,the long period of receiving information,the complexity of system design and so on.In order to solve the above problems,according to the characteristics of meteorological early warning information,this paper stores the warning information in the early warning information related to the warning type,the level of warning icon,the defense guide,the standard and so on in the receiving end.The receiver can parse the associated information content according to the encoding information of the warning type and level,thus reducing the amount of data to be compressed.Then the early warning information is encoded according to the information elements,the data content is organized according to the coding protocol set in this paper,and the information is filtered by using the region information coding.In order to solve the receiver may receive a large number of redundant information problem.So that the final need to transmit the amount of data is well controlled in a frame of Beidou short message transmission within the amount of data.For the test and verify,the cascade module of command unit based on stm32 is designed in this paper,which solves the problems of PC terminal port number,port drive ability and so on,and realizes the one-to-many data distribution and star-on-star process.The receiving terminal adopts the Beidou receiving module and arm platform.The QT application program designed in this paper is transplanted on the arm-linux system to realize the final data processing,display and management functions.The experimental results show that the method can efficiently transmit the meteorological warning information to the receiver through Beidou short message transmission.
