Research Of Utilization Efficiency Of Cultivated Land Resources In Jingzhou

Cultivated land is the material basis for human survival and the most basic condition for human survival and development.Jingzhou city is located in the Jianghan Plain,is China's comprehensive agricultural production bases and important grain production advanced city,cultivated land resources are more abundant.However,with the increasing development of the economy,the decrease of cultivated land resources and the decline of the overall quality of the whole city are increasingly plaguing the sustainable development of agriculture in the city.Therefore,in this paper,using the theory of cultivated land resources at home and abroad,the investigation on the basis of the existence of cultivated land resources,through data analysis and theoretical research to the following purposes: one is to present situation of cultivated land resources in Jingzhou city to carry out investigations;two is through the construction of the index model using data on the status of land resources utilization in Jingzhou city of the analysis,find out the existing problems and shortcomings of the city's cultivated land resources;the three is based on the data analysis results,put forward the development direction of the utilization of cultivated land resources in the city of Jingzhou.On the one hand can provide policy guidance and direction for the development and utilization of land resources in the city,on the other hand can enrich at home and abroad on the utilization of cultivated land resources in the theoretical research on the micro level,provided reference at the same time,a large number of investigation and analysis of data for the future researchers.The use of statistical analysis and empirical analysis is used to study the utilization efficiency of cultivated land resources in Jingzhou.First,we use data charts to sort out the status of cultivated land resources in Jingzhou in recent years,including the quantity and quality characteristics,and the current situation of utilization.Secondly,through consulting the years of Statistical Yearbook in Hubei and Jingzhou,we collect data on the production of cultivated land.The planting area of crops,the total power of agricultural machinery,the use of fertilizers for agriculture,and agricultural employees were selected as input indicators.The total agricultural output value and total grain output were the output indicators.finally through the construction of a DEA analysis of the efficiency of utilization of cultivated land resources in the city of nearly 12 years and in 2016 the county situation analysis model.The results showed that:(1)Based on the 2005-2016 in Jingzhou city cultivated land resources crops sown area,total power of agricultural machinery,agriculturalchemical fertilizer and agricultural workers four input indicators,output indicators and two of the total output value of agriculture and grain output analysis.In the input index,in addition to the growth trend of agricultural machinery input,the other three indexes are fluctuating.(2)Calculated using the efficiency values obtained in 2005 to 2016 in Jingzhou City,cultivated land resources,from the analysis results,the efficiency of resource utilization of cultivated land in Jingzhou city is divided into four stages,from2005 to 2006,2006 to 2009,decreased gradually increased from 2009 to 2010,2011 to2016,a slight decline remains unchanged,which is effective for the year 2005,DEA in2009 and 2011 to 2016,effective years accounted for 66%.The efficiency value of cultivated land resources is 0.989 in the year,and the utilization efficiency of cultivated land resources in the invalid year is more than 0.9,which indicates that the utilization of cultivated land resources in Jingzhou is at a high level.(3)According to the data of the use of land resources in Jingzhou city in 2016 urban counties showed that the comprehensive efficiency of cultivated land resources in 2016 DEA effective counties in Jingzhou District,Jianli City,Gongan County,Sha county,Honghu City,Jingzhou Development Zone,the effective number of counties was 67%,the remaining area of DEA county is invalid,invalid number of counties accounted for 33%.In the invalid counties,including Jiangling County,Songzi city and Shishou City,crop planting area,mechanical inputs,agricultural chemical fertilizer and agricultural workers have different degrees of excess investment,resulting in a large number of invalid output.According to the above analysis conclusion,put forward the following suggestions:reasonable control of arable land,cultivated land production optimization of investment structure;the two is to increase investment in science and technology,improve the technical level of arable land;the three is to improve the field of infrastructure construction,promote the standardization and scale production;the four is to improve the quality of labor,speeding up the transfer of rural labor;five improved fertilization technology,optimize farmland fertilizer input.
