| The soil and water resources arc the essential elements of agricultural production activities in recent years,with the development of social economy,water resources pressure gradually increase,cultivated land use efficiency decreased,the rural ecological environment worsening,the carrying capacity of resources and environment,regional differences and other issues were gradually threatening the production and development of rural areas,farmers and agriculture.Soil and water resources utilization and protection for the optimal allocation of land resources,coordinate the rural land resources and social economy and the relationship between the local development and utilization of water resources,food security,better solve the "three rural" problems and sustainable development of the Chinese nation has important practical significance.Sichuan province is a traditional agricultural province in China,and its agricultural and rural development plays an important role in the western development strategy and the national agricultural pattern.Water resource is one of the four elements of agricultural production,the exploitation and protection of agricultural development will undoubtedly play an important role in land use efficiency as an important indicator of the allocation of land resources,directly linked with the social economic level.Based on the above understanding,this paper takes Sichuan Province as the study area,using the quantitative analysis method and GIS spatial analysis method and application of Jenks best natural fracture method and other research methods,characteristics,influence of water resources in Sichuan province water resources natural endowment stock difference constraints and the regional economic development orientation on the pressure of water resources are analyzed;and from different regions of Sichuan province(state)land use situation and characteristics of the evolution of the time and space efficiency were studied;finally,from the three aspects of social,economic and ecological benefits was studied by using the interaction relationship between the pressure of cultivated land and water resources.The results show that:(1)In Sichuan province in recent 10 years on the whole there is no comprehensive pressure and water resources,water resources,population ecology and technology there is no development pressure,after 2011 there is no pressure of economic development of water resources,in addition to technical pressure without obvious fluctuation of water resources,population pressure index,economic pressure index,ecological pressure index comprehensive pressure index showed a decrease trend of fluctuation.The larger the area relative to water resources in Sichuan province population development pressure is mainly distributed in a relatively dense population in Sichuan plain area and the surrounding South and Northeast Sichuan city group,Northwest Sichuan Plateau and climbing water resources in west area of population pressure is relatively small;water resources economic pressure and population distribution in the pressure region of space on the contrary;aggregation characteristics the space has the water resources ecological pressure,showing the city water resources ecological pressure high plains developed,mountain plateau,natural conditions such as backward pressure characteristics of ecological water resources area low;municipalities(state)technology for water resources pressure index of complex spatial distribution,water resources technical pressure in plain area in southern Sichuan hilly area and the relatively small,plateau area,Northwest Sichuan Panzhihua west area and water resources pressure in Northeast Sichuan area is relatively large.Based on the analysis of the evolution characteristics of water resources pressure in Sichuan province(2005-2014),it was found that there was no significant change of water resources comprehensive pressure index in each city of Sichuan province.From the view of spatial scale,the spatial distribution of water resources pressure in Sichuan is more obvious,and the high pressure area is mainly concentrated in the eastern and central regions.(2)Between 2005-2014,fluctuated upward trend of the comprehensive benefits of cultivated land in Sichuan Province,can be divided into three stages:the first stage(2005-2009),the comprehensive benefit of cultivated land use showed a downward trend;the second stage(2009-2011),the comprehensive benefit of cultivated land use showed rapid growth stages(2011-2014),the comprehensive benefit of cultivated land use reached a high level and is still in a slow rise.In 2014,there was a large gap between the social,economic and ecological benefits of cultivated land in cities and counties of Sichuan Province,showing the characteristics of ecological benefits.From the time series,the cultivated land in South Sichuan hilly area and Western Sichuan Plateau utilization is relatively stable,no significant change;Sichuan in plain area,hill area,Northeast Sichuan Panxi area,the comprehensive benefit of cultivated land use changes in the larger,most areas of the comprehensive benefit of cultivated land use value decrease trend.From the spatial distribution characteristics,the comprehensive land use efficiency value from big to small Sichuan in plain area,hill area,Northeast Sichuan Panxi area,southern Sichuan hilly area,Western Sichuan Plateau,showing the plain and the surrounding farmland in the hilly regions of cultivated land use efficiency greatly,and the Western Sichuan plateau mountain area with small benefit the.(3)Influence factors of cultivated land use efficiency and water pressure are in many aspects,through the Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that,the pressure of water resources and land use efficiency was significantly correlated with 0.05 confidence,the correlation coefficient is-0.721,showing significant changes in inverse coordination evolution pattern.The pressure of population and land utilization of water resources social benefits were disorder;interaction of the overall performance of the pressure of water resources and cultivated land use efficiency in the economy is imbalance,less part of the city(state)for coordination;regional water resources ecological pressure and farming use of ecological interactions for coordination and imbalance coexist.Because of the influence of social,economic and ecological factors on the benefit of cultivated land use and the pressure of water resources,there is a difference between the benefit of cultivated land and the pressure of water resources. |
