Urbanization is not only the inevitable stage of social development,but also has gradually become the driving force of economic sustainable and healthy operation.As the largest developing country in the world,China's economic development has shifted from the stage of rapid growth to the stage of high quality development,and urbanization is also at a critical stage of transformation and development.In recent years,the traditional speed type urbanization has brought about many problems,such as the low quality of industrial structure,the imbalance of urban space planning,the low efficiency of resource utilization and the deterioration of the ecological environment.Therefore,the extensive to intensive urbanization efficient transformation under the background of urbanization,probing into the propulsion of urbanization and the dynamic response of the relationship between bearing capacity of resources and environment system to realize the sustainable development of regional economy coordination in China is particularly important.In this paper,the theory and empirical research on the bearing capacity of urbanization and resource environment are reviewed in this paper.Second,in earnest analysis of new type of urbanization,resource environmental bearing capacity and the connotation of the relationship in response characteristics under the premise of urban compound ecosystem theory,in-depth analysis of the urbanization system between the resource system,environment system and the mechanism of action.Moreover,build the relationship between the resource environmental bearing capacity of urbanization response index system,evaluation of 31 provinces from 2000 to 2015 the urbanization level and the resources and environment loading status,and then according to the response degree model to measure the response of the index,the response relationship between provinces and cities in our country change characteristics are divided into "positive response","positive-negative response class" and "alternate response class" three types,at last,through multiple regression analysis,to explore the factors influencing the evolution trend of present different response relationship.Results show that the high speed development of China's urbanization denotative,cause great pressure to resources environment,exceeds the threshold,resources and environment system overall resource environmental bearing capacity drops,resources and environment management to improve the speed lags behind the change rate of urbanization,caused the resource environmental bearing capacity of the urbanization response relationship between overall is "positive response" to "negative response," evolution of the situation.Investigate the root cause,poor long green technology transfer,environment unreasonable institutional arrangement,environmental governance investment efficiency is low,cause of technological innovation to promote the effect is not significant,environmental regulation is difficult to give play to the role of green drainage,environmental governance failure,pressure of resources and environment of urbanization is difficult to resolve.Therefore,we should formulate an incentive environmental policy,vigorously promote intelligent manufacturing,promote energy conservation and emission reduction,and improve the green drainage effect,and fundamentally improve the resource and environmental carrying capacity of all regions.
