As a very important research topic in quantum information and quantum compu-tation,quantum entanglement has been widely used in many aspects,such as ultra-dense coding,quantum teleportation and so on.Since Bennett et al.proposed the teleportation scheme in 1993,there are many kinds of quantum teleportation schemes,but they are still imperfect.In this paper,we mainly study various teleportation schemes based on unitary matrices.This thesis consists of five chapters.Firstly,this thesis introduces the principles,thoughts,steps and the research status of quantum teleportation,the research signif-icance and the contents of the thesis.Secondly,it introduces four basic assumptions of quantum mechanics and establish the relations between physics and mathematical environment.And it introduces some related concepts and properties including inner product,outer product,tensor product,Pauli matrices and so on.Thirdly,this thesis proposes two quantum teleportation schemes of single quan-tum states:one is controlled quantum teleportation scheme of four-particle asymmetric entangled states,in this scheme,through doing some Bell basis measurements,mul-tiple unitary transformations and Von Neumann measurements of the total quantum states,we can successfully reconstruct the unknown original state with a certain prob-ability by the receiver.Another is quantum secret sharing via four-particle asymmetric entangled states,which is an extension and improvement of the former scheme.Here only using some Bell basis measurements,multiple unitary transformations and or-thogonal basis measurements of the total quantum states,the original state can be reconstructed by the receiver with a certain probability.Fourthly,this thesis introduces the recent status of the bidirectional quantum teleportation scheme,and establishes a scheme of symmetric bidirectional quantum teleportation via five-qubit Cluster State.In this scheme,the bidirectional quantum teleportation can be accomplished by do some multiple Bell basis measurements,uni-tary transformations of the total quantum states.Finally,this thesis introduces the recent status of the remote preparation of state,and presents a scheme of probabilistic quantum broadcast scheme via four-qubit cluster State.This scheme can be accom-plished by doing some orthogonal basis measurements,unitary transformations and Von Neumann measurements of the total quantum states.
