Study On The Risk Of Two-stage Supply Chain Based On Cooperative Game

With the deepening of the reform of the market economy system,the competi-tion between companies has undergone a thorough change,from a single competition to a cooperative competition,especially in the corporate supply chain managemen-t.In order to increase their own revenues,supply chain node companies have changed their business operations from self-employment to cooperative operations and from competition to competition.After the cooperation,the distribution of benefits is often the most concern of the company.How to set up a reasonable distribution mechanism is the key to the long-term cooperation between supply chain node companies,and it is also the key to control supply chain risk.In this paper,we first use the inverse solution method of the Stackelberg model to compare the total supply chain profits in the case of non-cooperative games and cooperative games for the secondary supply chain of manufacturers and retailer-s.The benefits after cooperation are greater than the non-cooperation.The results of the time earnings,and give examples of analysis.Secondly,the Shapley value alloca-tion method in cooperation game is used to establish the distribution model for the secondary supply chain node enterprises,and the Shapley value model is improved by introducing the correction factor of the contribution rate of the company with the node,so that the distribution result is more reasonable and scientific.Finally,the evolutionary game model is combined with the market risk factors,the credibility of cooperation between manufacturers and retailers in the supply chain,and the contractual damages after cooperation to analyze the evolution path of the two par-ties.Finally,an evolutionary stability strategy is obtained,and specific suggestions are given through the evolutionary path.And countermeasures.The paper discusses the necessity of cooperation through the above-mentioned three aspects,fundamentally analyzes the main factors of supply chain risk formation,and combines risk factors to give reasonable solutions and recommendations,and provides decision-making ref-erence for supply chain risk control.
