Research On Income Distribution Of Prefabricated Construction Supply Chain Based On Cooperative Game Theory

In recent years,with the introduction of a series of policies and documents in China,prefabricated buildings in China have been in the stage of comprehensive development.Prefabricated building can reduce environmental pollution,save resources,improve construction quality and shorten construction period,which is the transformation and upgrading of traditional construction methods.However,from the current situation,the prefabricated construction supply chain is not perfect,among which the unreasonable distribution of income among the members of the supply chain alliance is a big obstacle.With the rapid development of prefabricated construction supply chain,the contradiction of income distribution within supply chain alliance has become increasingly prominent,which has seriously affected the sustainable development of supply chain alliance.The goal of each member enterprise joining the alliance is to maximize their own income.Therefore,in the process of income distribution,income conflict will inevitably appear,which will affect the long-term development of the prefabricated construction supply chain.Furthermore,it is very important to establish a scientific and reasonable income distribution scheme to meet the needs of each node member in the prefabricated construction supply chain.Therefore,this paper has important practical significance to study the revenue distribution of prefabricated construction supply chain.In this paper,the prefabricated construction supply chain composed of a general contractor,a supplier and a subcontractor is taken as the research object,and the revenue distribution problem of the prefabricated construction supply chain is studied quantitatively.The main work is as follows:Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance of this paper,combs and integrates the relevant literature at home and abroad,and summarizes the research status of prefabricated construction supply chain,supply chain income distribution and cooperative game Shapley value method.Based on this,this paper analyzes the theories of cooperative game,prefabricated construction supply chain and income distribution.Secondly,this paper summarizes the common problems in the process of income distribution of prefabricated construction supply chain,and selects Shapley value method of cooperative game theory to establish the income distribution model,and obtains the preliminary income distribution scheme.Due to the shortcomings of Shapley value method,various factors are not considered in the process of income distribution,which is easy to make the final income distribution scheme unreasonable.In order to solve the practical problems more fairly,on this basis,the paper introduces risk factors,input factors and contribution factors to improve the Shapley value method of cooperative game,and determines the weight of each influencing factor through the analytic hierarchy process,establishes the improved Shapley value method model,and finally obtains the improved income distribution scheme.Finally,combined with the actual case of Z project,the application of the model is analyzed,and the final profit distribution value of each cooperation in the supply chain alliance is calculated by using the data of the network questionnaire.The calculation results verify the rationality and effectiveness of the revenue distribution model of prefabricated construction supply chain.The results show that the profit distribution model based on Shapley value method of cooperative game can effectively solve the problem of unreasonable profit distribution of cooperative enterprises in prefabricated construction supply chain.The model enriches the research method of revenue distribution of prefabricated construction supply chain in theory,improves the enthusiasm of cooperative enterprises of prefabricated construction supply chain in practice,maintains the stability of prefabricated construction supply chain,and is conducive to the promotion and sustainable development of prefabricated construction.
