The uncertainty of information affects the in-depth research and development of knowledge discovery,big data analysis and decision making,complex system modeling,etc.In order to make better decisions in the uncertain information situation,people begin to explore new methods and technologies.Because the Three-way decisions theory is consistent with people choices of cognition and habits,and can reduce the cost of wrong decisions,making it a new research hotspot.In addition,intuitionistic fuzzy sets have unique advantages in the aspects of depicting fuzzy information,but the current researches on intuitionistic fuzzy sets mainly focus on concepts,properties and algorithms.There are not many studies on their application.Therefore,the use of intuitionistic fuzzy set theory for modeling and application of Three-way decision has certain significance and value.This paper expands the study of intuitionistic fuzzy set theory,proposes the intuitionistic fuzzy possibility measure,establishes the intuitionistic fuzzy possibility space and the intuitionistic fuzzy reliable space,discusses their properties,and constructs two kinds of Three-way decisions models.In order to reduce redundant information in the edge boundaries,a secondary decision strategy is given.Moreover,Three-way decisions risk assessment method based on cross-entropy is constructed.Finally,the corresponding application research is carried out in the intuitionistic fuzzy incompleteness information table.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)Combining the intuitionistic fuzzy set theory and the possibility theory,the Three-way decisions model is studied and a Three-way decisions model based on intuitionistic fuzzy possibility measure is established.This paper analyzes the misjudgment and proposes a decision risk calculation method based on intuitionistic fuzzy probability measure and credibility,and discusses the validity of the model.(2)An intuitionistic fuzzy possibility measure based on the intuitionistic fuzzy probability distribution is proposed,and the relationship between the mean value of the degree of membership and the non-membership degree of the domain objects and the decision threshold is analyzed.Combined with the probability distribution-probability distribution transformation relationship,the Three-way decisions model is developed and the dynamic decision-making process is discussed.(3)In the intuitionistic fuzzy incomplete information table,the relationship between different risk preferences and filling in missing values is discussed,and corresponding filling methods and a new method for determining attribute weights are given.After Three-way decisions partitions are made in the intuitionistic fuzzy incomplete information table,the decision-making of boundary domain is re-decided by secondary decisions and the relevant algorithm is given.Finally,the validity of the model is verified.In summary,this paper mainly studies the intuitionistic fuzzy set theory and integrates it into the Three-way decisions model.Two kinds of Three-way decisions models and corresponding risk cost assessment methods are constructed.In addition,relevant application researches are carried out in intuitionistic fuzzy incomplete information tables.The work of this paper proposes new methods and ideas,laying a good foundation for related work in the future.
