| The drainage pumping stations are essential infrastructure for ensuring the normal operation of cities and are important part of urban flood control,drainage and drainage works,they shoulder the heavy responsibility of transporting urban sewage and rainwater to sewage treatment plants,rivers,lakes,and seas.With the rapid development of urban construction in China,the number and size of drainage pump stations have also increased dramatically.The large amount of data accumulated in the construction,management,and operation of drainage pump stations urgently requires scientific management and analysis.However,most of the urban drainage pumping stations in China still use manual management.There are widespread problems in the types of facilities and equipment,long construction times,incomplete data,inaccuracies,and low management efficiency.Therefore,establishing scientific and information management for the urban drainage pumping stations is an urgent need for the development of modern cities.Data standard for drainage pump station refers to the collection of all rules when describing and expressing the drainage pump station in the information system,including the entity,entity data item set,and the semantic definition of each data item that describe the drainage pump station,and is the basis of information management for the drainage pump station.At present,in the national and local data standards for drainage systems,the drainage pump stations are only used as a subset of the drainage system for rough specifications and requirements,which is no longer possible to meet the request for informatization,standardization,and fine management of drainage facility management and operation departments..In this paper,the research and design of the data standard for drainage pump station is focusing on the application requirements of urban drainage pumping station information management,combined with the data collection and maintenance specifications of national and local drainage facilities.The standard has been adopted by relevant management departments in Yunnan Province and is providing data support for the development of related digital management platform.The research work of this article mainly includes:(1)Analysing the main problems faced by urban drainage facilities in China and the realities faced by the reconstruction of the drainage system in Kunming City,and presenting the actual needs for relevant data standards in the process of digital transformation.(2)The relevant data collection method is given.Among them,the spatial data acquisition methods based on GPS-RTK technology and the scope of various equipment and measurement parameters that needed for the collection and operation of monitoring data are highlighted.At the same time,giving the data sources of attributes and management data(3)Gives the corresponding data encoding principles and specific methods for optimizing and improving data standards.(4)Relying on a well-designed data standard,using Geodatabase as a spatial data model and GIS-based platform,the design and implementation of a spatial database for drainage pumping stations in Kunming.(5)Giving an example of a visual information platform for a drainage pump station based on a spatial database of a drainage pumping station. |
