Research On Construction Method Of 3D Building Model Based On CityGML

In the traditional management of real estate ownership objects,such as the land or house,are mainly managed in the form of 2D GIS data.However,with the acceleration of urban development in China,the development of land 3D space(including overground,surface and underground)also shows an accelerated trend.The traditional cadastral management pattern which was based on the parcel can not fully reflect the spatial distribution of land use.At the same time,the 2D GIS data also caused some problems,such as the difficulty and ambiguity in the management of the rights of property.Because real estate rights are 3D in space,the unified management of real estate rights should consider 3D spatial rights.In addition,building property registration is the most important part of unified registration of real estate,the real estate registration agency can use 3D model to determine the ownerships of building complexes.In view of the problem of existing 3D model focused on geometric expression and ignored topological and semantic information,in addition,the international common 3D city data model CityGML can not describe the legal ownership information of spatial objects,this paper studies the Application Domain Extension(ADE)mechanism of CityGML and the construction method of 3D building model.The main contents include the following four aspects:(1)Taking the registration of building property in the unified registration of real estate as the object,which mainly studies on the problems of the expression of the scope of ownership,the 2D GIS management methods,and the data sources of the construction of 3D building model.(2)Based on the ADE mechanism of CityGML,performing the feasibility analysis of the combination of Land Administration Domain Model(LADM)and CityGML.And using the concept of right space in LADM to extend CityGML,this paper constructs a LADM-CityGML ADE conceptual model which is applied to the management of house property rights.(3)In order to solve the problems of the hierarchical household diagram can not quickly be matched based on feature points,lines,and surfaces in the process of constructing a 3D building model.Based on the data standardization specification of the hierarchical household diagram,this paper uses the method of tangent space to match the hierarchical household diagram,and determines the overall construction route of 3D building model.The 3D building model can provide geometry,topology and other relevant information for creating CityGML.(4)According to the concept model of LADM-CityGML ADE,the experiment of the construction of 3D building model has been carried out.The experiment mainly includes the generation,storage and Web display of CityGML files,and the case is verified in Jintan District of Changzhou.
