Of continual,systematic,original and public welfare features,the science and technology basic work includes researches,surveys,observations,detections,monitoring,experiments and compilation.The essential goal for integrating work achievements is to systematize,standardize and integrate the obtained data,atlas,dictionaries,specimens and samples to meet demands for sharing and further utilization of promoting scientific and technological development.Most of science and technology basic work data have not been effectively integrated,reorganized and excavated yet.And even more,some achievements are no more being used after project concluding,which is not conducive to the development of forestry science and technology work.At present,there are some objects have been classified and identified in the field of forestry.However,these identified systems have a small scope of application and have major limitations on standardization,interoperability,uniqueness of identification,extensibility and accessibility,which is not able to achieve a good fusion between science and technology achievements of forestry and the national sharing system.In order to solve the problem of the identified limitation of scientific and technological achievements of forestry,a new identification system should be established.These identified techniques that include digital object identifier,object identifier and electronic product code are often used.Electronic product Code(EPC)is strict in format and length,and has poor compatibility and scalability.Digital object identifier(DOI)is mainly used in the field of publishing,which has some problems with intellectual property rights and information security.Object identifier(OID)has obvious characteristics that are hierarchical,flexible,and highly scalable,which is compared to other identification mechanisms.Object identifier(OID)is flexibly compatible with existing identifiers of forestry and builds a unified identified system for the forestry.Therefore,object identifier(OID)can be used as an identified technology in the forestry.In this paper,OID(Object Identifier)was introduced to set up a new method for scientific data sharing and exchanging by encoding and resolving achievement data.In this way we can create a unique object identifier for each record,picture and document,etc.That identification is flexible,highly scalable and variable length can be applied to the unified management of national and industrial applications because of compatibility with the existing various identified mechanisms and independent controllability.The identified mechanism not only implements the further integration and sharing of scientific and technological achievements effectively,but also provides a solid foundation for scientific and technological innovation.While science and technology achievement is continuously growing,traditional data management systems do not scale well,high requirements for hardware devices,high price and low security of data management.In order to solve the problem of scalability of the management system,Hadoop was used to design and implement the management system for identified forestry science and technology achievement.By the proposed idea the scheme design of the scientific and technological achievement management system based on Hadoop was implemented.Unstructured data is stored in HDFS and structured data is stored in HBase database after uniform coding based on Object Identifier for forestry historical scientific and technological achievements.The storage mechanism guarantees reliability and flexibility,which can repair damaged data Automatically.At last,function was tested for science and technology achievement management system.The results show that the system achieves function of data upload,download,data editing,data display and data query based on Hadoop technology.
