With the increasing attention to the exploitation and utilization of marine resources, the increase of inappropriate marine engineering,a large amount of land source pollution to the sea and the accumulation of population to the coast cause the continuous expansion of the behavior of the sea, especially the destruction of the important marine habitats, the conflict is increasing between the marine ecological protection targets and the economic targets.Marine fishery resources are decreasing and marine aquaculture functions are decreasing. These problems indicate that marine aquaculture environment is facing serious challenges. Our country has paid great attention to the scientific decision-making problems of the exploitation and protection of resources, and deployed the monitoring and early warning of the carrying capacity of the resources and environment, and has written and published The Technology and Method of Monitoring and Early Warning of The Carrying Capacity of Resources and Environment. Many experts and scholars have studied the carrying capacity of resources and environment from different angles.Up to now,the evaluation index system of carrying capacity of marine resources has not been widely studied and applied from the angle of evaluation and application of carrying capacity of space resources. How to promote the sustainable utilization of marine resources and environment, the healthy development of the marine industry, study and implement the early warning of the bearing capacity of the marine resources and environment with specific, fine and personalized. This is an inevitable requirement based on the comprehensive and efficient management of the ocean. On the basis of the investigation and research,by focusing on the long-term concern of the national food security and promoting the healthy development of the marine pasture as the background, this paper focuses on the problem of the bearing capacity of marine space resources based on the oyster aquaculture, and establishes the index system of the carrying capacity of the marine space resources. The interdependence and mutual restriction relationship between the oyster aquaculture and the carrying capacity of marine space resources is studied and discussed. The study case is chosen to study the important aquaculture sea area of the Mau tail sea of Qinzhou,Guangxi Province,China, with the object of the long-term healthy development of the local oyster aquaculture. The case successfully applied the evaluation of the bearing capacity of the marine space resources. The model has obtained the important conclusion that the bearing capacity of the marine space resources in the Maowei Sea is overloaded and the stability is weak, especially the water quality standard rate, the development intensity of the shore line and the index of the sea area development intensity. The trend of the force overloading state will be further strengthened, which is consistent with the judgment of the local government and experts and scholars on the resources and environment of the Mawei sea for a long time, which should be paid enough attention by the relevant government departments.According to the study of overloading index status, this paper puts forward the promotion of stacked sea, increasing the input of ecological farming and technology innovation, delineating the red line area of marine biological resources protection, strictly keeping the ecological red line, reducing the total amount of pollutants into the sea, increasing the prevention and control of the ecological disasters such as red tide and so on,so as to improve the carrying capacity of the marine space resources. The purpose is to provide valuable reference for the development, utilization and protection of marine resources in Mawei Sea.
