Study On The Planning And Construction Of Danxiashan Geopark Under The Frame Of National Park System

National park is a new thing in the construction of ecological civilization in our country.The construction of a national park system with Chinese characteristics is an effective way to integrate the isolated and pluralistic national park individuals into a complete ecosystem.The pilot work of national parks in our country is in full swing.After Danxia Mountain is listed in the World Heritage list,it is attached great importance by the government,relying on the good location advantage and complete ecosystem,so it has the basic conditions to become a national park.The construction of Danxia Mountain into a national park is an effective way to integrate the isolated and pluralistic geological relics into a complete ecosystem,which makes the park no longer focus on geological protection,but also has the mission of protecting biodiversity,human history and other resources.In order to promote the further improvement of the national park system and guide the scientific construction of the national park,this thesis summarizes the experience of the construction of the national park system at home and abroad,and summarizes the planning and construction methods of the Danxiashan Geopark under the framework of the system.First of all,by summarizing the origin of the national park,management organization,type structure,distribution,construction factors,and select the United States,Canada,Germany,Australia,South Africa,Japan's six countries and China's Taiwan National Park system indepth analysis.Secondly,the development level of China's National Park,the progress of the pilot,planning and design,operation management review,put forward the existing problems and shortcomings on the basis of analyzing the present situation,and learn from the experience of developed countries and the construction of advanced concepts,combined with the reality of our country,absorbing the latest achievements,put forward the national park system construction for me country.Finally,within the framework of the national park construction system in China,taking the Danxia Mountain Geopark as the foothold,through the methods of actual measurement,photo taking,interview,questionnaire and so on,the paper investigates the resources,environment and development status of the Danxia Mountain Geopark.According to the idea of national park construction,and guided by the theory of ecological civilization,the concept of "ecological protection first,national representativeness,public welfare of the whole people" is put through the planning and construction of Danxia Mountain Geopark.The functional regionalization of Danxiashan Geopark,the planning of popular science system,the planning of recreation display,the planning of community development and the mechanism of operation and management were made.Through the above research,we can get the following research results: 1)the management system of national parks in different countries in the world,the laws and regulations are different according to the national conditions,the management system mainly includes three types: centralization,local autonomy and comprehensive management;The legal system is relatively perfect and has clear and detailed regulations on the responsibilities,nature,funds,personnel,forms of development and ways of protection of national parks.All countries have set up special management agencies to provide guidance for the development and construction of national parks.Decision making,supervision and other services;the overall planning of national parks is examined and approved by the management agencies at the national level,and the most important content is to carry out functional zoning on the basis of resource inspection.2)for the exploration of the establishment of national parks in China,the Taiwan region has absorbed the advanced experience of the developed countries and gradually established 10 national parks after planning and legislation,with reasonable functional zoning and clear management system.Most of the pilot national parks in mainland China are based on natural resources,and the pilot national parks are managed by different departments.There are some problems,such as confusion of management,lack of funds,over-exploitation and so on.3)Through the analysis of national park construction experience at home and abroad,Danxia Mountain Geopark and even China National Park should strengthen the planning of explanation education,recreation display,community development and so on in planning and construction.And strengthen capital investment and policy legislation management.
