The construction industry occupies an important position in our national economy.With the rapid development of economy,the role of science and technology is more and more prominent.The development of traditional construction industry mainly depends on the consumption of resources and labor.This extensive mode of production is a serious waste of natural resources and human resources,and the efficiency of production is low.With the development of science and technology in the construction industry,our country pays more and more attention to the development of the construction industry,and the proportion of investment to the R & D of construction industry is increasing year by year.However,the intensity of the investment in science and technology has not brought about the corresponding growth of the production efficiency of the construction industry,so there is a lot of investment in the investment of the construction industry.The shortage of fee and output will lead to the maximum benefit of science and technology input.This paper discusses the overall development of science and technology in China,as well as the development of science and technology in the construction industry.This paper,based on the annual report of 25 listed companies in the construction industry,calculates the contribution efficiency of science and technology.Based on the corresponding data of all kinds of R&D input and output indicators in the index system,it uses data envelopment analysis to analyze the scientific contribution efficiency of R & D investment of the listed enterprises in construction industry,and calculates the efficiency and purity of each enterprise's contribution to science and technology.Technical efficiency,scale efficiency and scale income.The calculation results show that the effective enterprises occupy 26% of the enterprises and the rest are invalid.Then according to the projection analysis,we can study the input redundancy and the insufficient output of each technology ineffective enterprise,in order to provide the improvement suggestions for the enterprises.By comparing the construction industry and the shipbuilding industry,the efficiency analysis of the DEA method is effective and feasible,and the contribution efficiency of the construction industry is lower than that of the shipbuilding industry.The construction industry should improve the production mode and improve the management level,so that the enterprise will gradually develop to the fine and intensive direction.
