An Analysis Of Intput-output Efficiency Of Technology Finance Based On DEA Model

Technology finance plays a key role in both promoting economic upgrading transformation and achieving economic innovation driven development,which is an important part of economic development.Also,the input and output efficiency of technology finance directly affects the speed of transforming science and technology into productivity.Therefore,on the basis of increasing investment in science,technology and financial support,we should pay more attention to the research on the efficiency of investment in science and technology.In this paper,based on the DEA method of data envelopment analysis(DEA),we established proper evaluation index system of financial input and output of science and technology.With the input data and output data of 18 cities in Henan province from 2005 to 2016,we carried on the empirical analysis on the financial input and output efficiency of science and technology of Henan province.We calculated the technical efficiency,scale efficiency and overall efficiency indexes for each city.From the results we observe:the overall development speed of technology finance in Henan province from 2005 to 2016 rose firstly and then fell down.In 2005,2007-2008,2012-2014 and 2016,the financial development of science and technology is under effective atmosphere;In 2006?2009?2010-2011 and 2015 the financial development is under weak effective atmosphere which indicates that the decision makers should adjust the proportion of financial input and output of science and technology;In addition,there are obvious regional differences in the development of science and technology finance in Henan province,and different cities should adopt targeted technology and financial strategies to reduce spatial differences.
