The problem of efficiency evaluation has always had an important position in the field of management science.How to scientifically and reasonably calculate the efficiency of the decision-making unit and rank it is a problem that has been widely concerned.In recent years,the data envelopment analysis method has become the mainstream method for efficiency evaluation due to its unique advantages.However,the traditional data envelopment model is actually based on the self-evaluation model.The efficiency value cannot reasonably evaluate the real situation of the decision-making unit.A lot of research has been done based on this problem in the past,but most of the previous studies have treated the decision-making unit as a whole,which will lead to the advantage of some decision-making units in the input-output link Covered,this thesis has carried out the following research on this issue.First of all,the optimal technology coefficient is used to describe the advantage link between input and output.At the same time,an efficiency evaluation model based on the optimal technology coefficient is constructed by using the linear relationship in the data envelopment method,and the SBM model is used for reference to take into account the influence of input slack variables on the efficiency of decision-making units.Then the numerical example shows the effectiveness and superiority of the model.Secondly,with the requirement of sustainable development,people pay more and more attention to the effect of undesired output produced in actual production and operation activities on efficiency.Therefore,according to the nature that the smaller the undesired output is,the better,this thesis uses the existing data of the unexpected output as the upper limit of the unexpected output to limit the solution of the expected output maximization,and then introduces the unexpected output into the efficiency evaluation model.Then,considering that the internal structure as a serial network structure,the efficiency model is re-examined.The new model has stronger ability to identify the low efficiency stagein the decision-making unit,and the overall efficiency value of the decision-making unit in this series network structure is composed of the product of efficiency values in each stage.Finally,combining the evaluation model based on the optimal technical coefficient with the efficiency evaluation problem of the heterogeneous decision-making unit,an extended efficiency evaluation model which can deal with the heterogeneous decision-making unit of output is constructed by grouping and calculating the proportion of input-output distribution.
