Diodes Pumped Solid-State Laser(DPSSL)has become a focus area for research in recent years because of its obvious advantages compared with ordinary lasers.Along with the fact that semiconductor lasers power supply system also put forward higher and higher requirements.Semiconductor laser is a current-sensitive component,semiconductor laser power system is the focus of research to achieve high-quality pulse current.In this thesis,it is necessary to design a set of power system scheme which meets the requirements of the thesis.This thesis first introduces the development of the power drive of semiconductor laser in china and other countries,analyzes the current popular power supply system programs,briefly introduces their working principle,and points out their shortcomings.The working principle of the semiconductor laser is analyzed,and the requirements of the power supply system are put forward.And then puts forward the power system scheme to be used in this subject: Use the motor as energy storage,the motor output goes through the power electronic circuit-rectifier filter and chopper switch to the semiconductor laser load.Then through a detailed comparative analysis,select the most suitable for the use of the system of energy storage motor: Homopolar Inductor Alternator(HIA).Then,the MATLAB simulation model is given.According to the output requirements of the power supply system,the main parameters of the rectifier filter circuit are selected by calculation and MATLAB simulation.Then,based on the mathematical model,a simplified model of the effect of the HIA on the load is established,and the main parameters of the motor which determine the system performance are analyzed.And through the calculation and MATLAB simulation comparison to obtain the required parameters.Because the type of the thesis is the research type,it is necessary to verify the feasibility of the proposed power supply system.The power supply of the system uses an Homopolar Inductor Alternator as the storage motor,so mainly by verifying the feasibility of the HIA used in this system to achieve this purpose,through the motor design to complete this process.In this thesis,the power system is designed for the current waveform required by high-power semiconductor lasers.Because the output current of the power supply system is very large and can be used in mobile devices,there are few research materials at home and abroad.The research constitutes a great challenge.This thesis uses the motor as the fist part,then it's output goes though the rectifier filter circuit,and finally through the chopper switch to the load.This scheme has a very important practical significance.And finally,through the design of the motor(HIV),it is proved that the power system scheme is feasible.
